I am the principal product designer on Shift4's Sports & Entertainment team (formerly known as VenueNext), creating an app for mobile ordering, a point of sale system, and a merchant-facing dashboard. My process involves collaborating with product managers on strategy, producing key documentation and user flows, and executing UI & UX designs.
